To ensure a smooth and productive experience for all participants at GSR Camp, the following policies have been established:
Booking and Registration Policy:
Advance Booking:
Participants must reserve their spot in the program in advance through the GSR website or by contacting the customer service team.
The booking requires accurate and complete personal information, including full name, date of birth, contact details, and medical history.
Participants should select the group they wish to join (based on the start date and duration).
The reservation will be confirmed after verifying availability in the chosen group.
Payment:
After booking confirmation, participants must pay the full amount for the selected program.
A deposit can be paid via the available payment methods on the website or through bank transfer.
Payment secures the participant’s spot in the program and constitutes acceptance of the program’s terms and conditions.
Booking Changes:
Participants may request to change their booking date or group up to 14 days before the original start date, subject to availability. This change is allowed once, after which the booking will be canceled, and any paid amounts will not be refunded.
Late change requests may incur additional fees.
Cancellation and Postponement Policy:
Cancellation by Participant:
If a participant cancels their booking 30 days before the start date, they will receive a full refund (minus a non-refundable 25% fee).
If canceled 14 days before the start date, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If canceled within 14 days of the start date or after the program begins, no refund will be provided.
Cancellation by GSR:
In the event GSR cancels the program due to force majeure (such as natural disasters or unforeseen events), participants will receive a full refund of the amounts paid.
Postponement:
Participants may request to postpone their participation in the program once, provided the request is made 14 days before the original start date.
Postponement fees may apply, and participants must select a new participation date based on availability.

- Bank transfer
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
Additional Fees:
Additional fees may apply for certain optional services not included in the basic program, such as:
- Individual consultations with doctors or trainers
- Additional trips outside the program
- Entertaining activities
Participants will be clearly informed of these fees before the service is provided.

At GSR, we are committed to protecting all personal data collected from participants, including name, contact information, and medical history.
This data will not be shared with any third party without the participant’s explicit consent, unless required by law.
GSR employs the latest technologies and methods to protect personal data from unauthorized access or misuse.
Medical Information Confidentiality:
All medical information related to participants is handled with the utmost confidentiality, adhering to ethical and professional standards.
This information is disclosed only to the medical personnel responsible for the participant’s healthcare.
Medical information is securely stored separately from other personal data.
Behavior Policy:
Compliance with Program Rules:
All participants must adhere to the program’s code of conduct, which includes:
– Respecting others and refraining from discrimination based on gender, religion, race, or other factors.
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in all program facilities.
- Attending all scheduled activities and sessions.
- Avoiding any disruptive behavior or damage to property.
Mutual Respect:
Participants are expected to treat each other, and the staff, with kindness and respect.
Any abusive, aggressive, or disruptive behavior must be avoided.
Adherence to Medical Instructions:
Participants must follow the medical advice and instructions provided by the program’s doctors and specialists.
Any side effects or health issues experienced during the program must be reported.
Participants are required to adhere to the prescribed treatment plan, including diet and exercise routines.
Health and Safety Policy:
Medical Screening:
All participants must undergo a comprehensive medical examination before starting the program to assess their health status and identify any potential contraindications.
Participants must provide a complete and accurate medical history, including any chronic illnesses or medications they are taking.
Reporting Health Issues:
Participants must inform the medical team of any health issues encountered during the program, including pain, dizziness, or nausea.
Health issues will be assessed, and necessary actions will be taken to ensure the safety of participants.
Adherence to Safety Procedures:
Participants must follow all recommended safety procedures during exercise or any other activities in the program.
Sports equipment must be used correctly and under the supervision of trainers.
Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn during exercise.
